Hi A Solanki,
Congratulation on passing out GPAT. As it is very difficult task.
Let’s analyse both the options;
Selecting the job after B.pharm is good option and yes you can get the job. though considering current situation post COVID-19, scenario is different. You can get the job although pay roll will be less. With reference to target domain, it is based on your interest. If you are interested in research you can go for R&D. If you are interested in formulation you can go for F&D. M.pharm restrict you upon selection of your specification, e.g. Pharmaceutics will cover manufacturing, F&D department, Pharmacology will cover clinical trials, R&D. but B.pharm will not restrict any specification. For the job application, i would recommend to apply actively from linkedin or company profile. Remeber, education will not judge, your knowledge and skills will be analysed. Hence work on skills and knowledge.
2. Should I take admission to any college and complete my M.Pharm?
Master’s degree is always recommended for emphasized specification knowledge. Master’s degree makes easy transition for the senior position and pay roll is also high.
I would recommend yo for the middle option that is internship and M.pharm. There are lot of industries who can allow you for the training and internship which you can search on google. During education, approach the industries for internship.
If any further question, revert.
Best of Luck!

Hello Pravin, I’ll tell you what worked for me. I firstly created resumes for each job type, I didn’t send the same resume for all the jobs I applied.
Most of the times the job vacancies posted may be already full by the time we apply, because the company would have posted the same add in numerous pages and tons of people would have applied who fulfils their requirements. To over come this you can list out the companies you wanna work for and extract the HR information and mail your CV directly.
When you mailing them make sure your mail looks formal enough.
During this covid many online free courses are available which will add a weightage to your resume. Remember you have spent enough on your college expenses so make use of the free courses and try to avoid paid ones.
And when I used apply for jobs through different portals I used apply for around 50 jobs a day and still got not great response that’s when I started to improve myself. When applied through portals the resumes may not even make it to the HR for various reasons. Don’t give up 😊
