Key responsibilities
- Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs
- Problem solving and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines
- Contribute significantly to the published research agenda of the ClinTech practice
- Lead medium sized custom research engagements
- Actively develop domain expertise across ClinTech, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sources
- Support business development efforts through proposal writing and other initiatives
- Participate proactively in external market communication by responding to analyst inquiries, conducting executive conversations, and maintaining/growing long-term client relationships

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred (preferably from Tier-1 B-School)
- Experience in at least one product/platform used in clinical trials (EDC, CTMS, RTSM, eCOA, RBM, Data and Analytics platforms, etc.) is a must
- 1 to 4 years work experience as one of the following:
- Business analyst leading configuration for implementation of clinical development products/platforms of Medidata, Oracle, Veeva, etc.
- Consultant advising life sciences companies on product/platform selection in clinical development
- Product manager or client success manager for a clinical development product/ platform provider
- Strong understanding of products/platforms used in clinical development and their features and functionalities
- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements
