· Duties and responsibilities: Managing the Calls through voice.
· Responsible for Inbound and Outbound calls on support numbers. Answer questions about products or the company. Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution. Keep accurate records. Coordinating with other departments of the organization.
· Compensation: As per industry standard
· Requirement: Previous experience in a customer support role, Customer focus, and adaptability to different personality types, Proficiency with computers, Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
