Executive – Project Management & Business Development (Depends on candidate’s qualification, experience & potential)

Qualification: B Pharma, M.Sc., M Pharm, PharmD, MBA

Office Location: Ahmedabad (office-based work – ready for traveling)

Job Information:
– Prepare the costing model, project proposals, power points and other relevant documents as per business needs.
– Handling of RFPs to meet Sales Target via F2F Meeting, Cold Calling, and Social Media etc.
– Responsible to generate repeat business from existing clients.
– Responsible for reviewing, executing agreements & proposals with clients. Responsible for costing negotiations & facilitating expected sales.

– Gather market intelligence to augment sales.
– Attend conferences, events & trade shows to improvise brand visibility.
– Identify & generate out of scope billing in consultation with Operations.
– Responsible for invoice generation, tracking, intimation to clients/Sponsor respectively as applicable.
– Liaise effectively and maintain relation with internal/external contacts
– Vendor Management also include Coordination with consultants.
– Management of Bio Equivalence Study Monitoring – Visit Scheduling, coordination between Sponsor, CRO & Internal Stake Holder
– Liaise between Client and Technical Team for smooth conduct of project
