The position
As an Associate Global Project Lead, you will:
- Drive the lifecycle management of in-market and pipeline assets, focusing on multiple workstreams related to oral formulation changes.
- Manage global change management plans related to manufacturing and packaging, ensuring seamless execution across the global supply chain.
- Take end-to-end ownership of various workstreams of integrated solutions for the treatment of diabetes. Lead world-class Loss of Exclusivity (LoE) management, including developing strategies and frameworks for planning and execution in different market archetypes.
- Analyze situations and chart future scenarios to support decision-making for the global project team and semaglutide portfolio strategies.
- Prepare and deliver communication for key decision-making governance bodies, such as GPT, PDCouncil, and DPPComm.
- Collaborate in developing the Product Development Plan (PDP) on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience in leading commercial pharma projects/pharma brand management
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex data-sets, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
- Strong experience with project management
- Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (VBA, pivot etc.) and MS Word are a must
